Learning How To Make It Up As We Go Along – a future key employability attribute?

There are now thousands of ‘Massive Open Online Courses’ (Mooc’s) now freely available on the Internet from leading universities, but what will be the impact of these for business training and education in the future?

With changes in technology the Internet is weakening specialist knowledge and qualifications. So what differentiating attributes will employers and businesses be looking for to achieve success and sustainability in the future?

Could it be greater wisdom, consciousness, personal perception and mindfulness? The ability to make insightful decisions seemingly spontaneously without reference to books or technology. Or as I refer to it as, ‘learning how to make it up as we go along’, having greater self-perception of our intuitions.

With deepening understanding of our neurological performance and higher potential, we’ve only just started to awaken to our true potential.
